Beth Santos is founder and CEO of Wanderful, a global collective of women travelers and travel content creators.

Launched after her own life-changing solo travel adventure, Wanderful reaches over 45,000 women each year through a thriving online membership network, local chapter events in 50 cities, global summits and small group trips.

Wanderful is the creator of the WITS Travel Creator + Brand Summit, a leading event for women and gender diverse travel creators and industry, the annual Bessie Awards, which honor women of impact in travel, as well as the first major outdoor festival for women travelers, Wanderfest.

Beth is the author of Wander Woman: How to Reclaim Your Space, Find Your Voice, and Travel the World, Solo, published with Grand Central Balance, a Hachette imprint, in March 2024.

She’s also the co-owner of Ula Cafe, a social justice-oriented cafe in Jamaica Plain, Boston.
