The Community Engagement Lead is vital in creating a strong, vibrant, and supportive community within each local Wanderful hub, ensuring that members are engaged, well-informed, and actively participating in the hub's activities and initiatives.

What’s Expected

Each Community Engagement Lead finds the most success in their role when they:

• Are extremely active in our online Wanderful member hub, posting and checking in on members daily

• Are super responsive to member inquiries, especially members who are visiting town

What You Do

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within your local online Wanderful hub. Actively engage with members and ask questions!

• Manage your local hub's online presence in the online member hub. Work with Resource Lead to create a seamless online member experience and help members find the resources they need about your city or region.

• Be accessible to Wanderful members visiting your city and looking for support. Meet up with members one on one or connect them with other Wanderful members and upcoming events.

• Welcome new members and help onboard them through messaging, introductions, and other resources to get them started in their Wanderful journey. Develop strategies to retain and re-engage existing members.

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to local members, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs promptly.
