Our Traveler events help women build travel skills and knowledge, discuss important topics in travel, and get inspired to see the world.

creators

Our Creator members are bloggers, social media influencers, writers, photographers, vloggers, and beyond who are looking to build their talents, understanding the new tools and skills in content creation, find new opportunities, grow their revenue, and more.

entrepreneurs

Our Entrepreneur members are looking to take their businesses to the next level, whether content creators, travel advisors, tour operators, or a combination.

benefits for event hosts:

Access and exposure. We’ll share your event with our 3,500+ members. We also record livestreams to add into our evergreen content library for new members to learn and discover.
Promotion to our larger network of social media followers. We’ll invite you to collab with us on a post promoting your event (and your overall work) on IG and Facebook.
Customer lead generation. As an event host, you can offer a special deal to our member community that will be posted to our member hub, bringing you new sign-ups and customers.
Reach our outer network. Travel-focused presenters have the opportunity to guest post on our blog with takeaways from your event so you can share your expertise with our outer network.

$200 payment for your event!

in exchange, we ask that you:

Record a short video (60–90 seconds) talking about your event for us to promote on social media
Actively promote your event to your audience via at least one dedicated email using your affiliate link
Create a tangible takeaway for attendees — a worksheet, checklist, resource guide, or template they can use immediately after your session (no slide decks as the sole deliverable)
Host a truly engaging, one-hour event that delights, inspires, and/or informs attendees in a way they couldn't get elsewhere

our hosts

Our hosts are not just experts in their field; they’re extremely engaging, great on camera, and tech-savvy. They can create real, tangible value for their audience, while upholding Wanderful’s values of community and sisterhood.

our audience + event styles

85% of our membership community are women between the ages of 28 and 59, and 12% of our membership includes women 60 and over. While many of us are based in the United States, our audience is represented all around the world.

Most of our events are hosted between 12 and 3pm ET.

Our livestreams happen directly in the member hub, which is hosted on Mighty Networks, and are recorded. Livestreams may be presentations, fireside chats, or panel discussions.

Workshops and meetups, which focus on participation and engagement, are hosted on Zoom and are not recorded. With cameras on, attendees are encouraged to work on or discuss things together.
