A practicing lawyer for over 10 years, Jamie worked for a large, international law firm in New York City on complex commercial matters and for a Federal District Judge on both civil and criminal federal cases. Karisma is Wanderful's Creator Membership Manager and digital content creator behind Gotta Have Karisma. She is also a public speaker, online location-independent business coach, and a nap enthusiast. She fell in love with travel as a young child watching the popular 80s and 90s PBS show, Reading Rainbow. She first transitioned into having an online location independent business when she partnered up with Dreamtrips as an independent representative. She loved the lifestyle that she was able to tap into that allowed her the freedom that she had always craved. Being a single mom and being able to work from home or anywhere else in the world and create a full time income was a dream come true.

Leticia founded her award-winning Tech Savvy Mama site in 2008, and since then has combined her knowledge of child development, psychology, education, technology, and parenting. She has worked with brands as a digital correspondent, spokesperson, and ambassador. She is the 2018 Iris Award winner for Philanthropic Work of the Year for her work in Haiti, Parents Magazine’s Editors’ Pick for Best Tech Blog, Babble’s Top 100 Mom Blogs, one of the 50 Top Twitter Moms by Babble, and Mom.me’s 50 Favorite Mom Bloggers. Lottie is experienced in setting up, growing, and establishing a blog. She sees bloggers as both business owners and those in the tech industry — not as “just” a blogger. As a trained teacher, she is a natural coach. She has lived all around the world — in apartments, a caravan, and now a narrowboat — giving her a solid understanding of running a location-independent business. Her skills lie in simplifying overwhelm and creating game plans that will move your blog forward while focusing on the tasks you enjoy and are excited to get done. Lottie is also an advocate for mental health awareness and support, runs a social enterprise, and is a new mum who writes about parenting and mental health.
melissa megginson
Melissa is Community Manager and resident Cat Lady at Tailwind, the leading visual marketing tool for brands. It is her job to make Tailwind's members look GOOD and find success in their marketing efforts. In her 7 years at Tailwind, Melissa has won an ADDY award, worked with major brands like Adobe and JCPenney, and is currently working towards an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. Netanya has more than 15 years of hospitality marketing experience, with a focus on influencer relations. In her most recent role as Director of Communications + PR for Hostelling International USA, Netanya launched the brand’s influencer collaboration strategy. She is co-founder of the Study Abroad & Global Citizenship Influencer Summit, an invite-only event with its roots at the White House. She has been awarded by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International and received the 2019 Bessie Award for Influencer Campaign of the Year by Wanderful. Netanya was invited to SXSW 2020 to speak to influencers about working with brands.
